A mother is sharing her heartbreaking discovery regarding her toddler with the world and it’s leaving every reader in tears.
The mom explained how she suddenly noticed her little baby girl behaving in a strange manner. Therefore, she felt it was the right time to get to the bottom of what was wrong.
On that note, she took her to the hospital, only to realize every parent’s worst nightmare.
Her little daughter was diagnosed with cancer and that too, stage four. And it was the worst feeling in the world, she adds.
The mother named Nicole Dodge says her baby is the most beautiful one of them all and despite going through so much, she’s always sitting there laughing and smiling.
“She’s just so precious. They told her she does not have a lot of time left. She’s been diagnosed with a brain tumor that is not only rare but hard to treat”- the mom explained.
The little girl was diagnosed with the heartbreaking condition when she was just 15 months old. And the mother says that her treatment began instantly as doctors feared it was spreading and they needed to do everything to stop it.
“We just memorized how this little child could be able to withstand so much and that too with a smile. She’s our heart and she’s our little inspiration”- the mother cried.
Right now, it has been a year since the treatment began. But the mother says her child is going strong and doctors are happy with her progress. But the fear of something happening to her child continues to remain the family’s biggest fear.
The parent says doctors are very hopeful right now after seeing her progress. She not only continues to beat the odds of cancer but is also coming back with clear scans too.
