Actor Michael J Fox was recently seen taking a brutal tumble on stage during a live panel meeting for Back To The Future in Philadelphia.
According to reports from local media outlets, the news comes as the celeb had admitted that his battle with Parkinson’s Disease was worsening with time.
Many people rushed to the star’s aid after he fell and comforted him as he smiled and tried to brush away the embarrassment.
It was clear that he lost his balance and footing and managed to take a stumble while making his way on the stage’s platform. He took a lot of people by surprise and many worried about his health.
The 61-year-old actor is currently retired and was reported to have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 1991. But the star did admit how he was doing great health wise and it was all taking a toll on him now.
Thankfully, the impact of the fall was all softened when he ended up landing in front of the couch that was located right in front of him. Hence, the impact was not as severe as it may have been if there was no soft landing situated in the front.
After the fall, the star did appear calm and composed. He was dressed casually in his shirt, jeans, blazer, and tennis shoes.
As a whole, people were just glad he was alright and kept on hugging and embracing him and asking if he felt fine.
The star thanked everyone for all the love and also spoke about how blessed he was to have some great people in his life today.
Fox has been battling with Parkinson’s disease for more than three decades. He said doing normal chores was getting harder with each day as the condition tends to affect the motor and sensory nervous system.
