Priyanka Chopra was recently seen on the verge of tears as she went into detail about her loving daughter.
The celeb got really emotional during her recent interview. She shared how her little baby girl who arrived as her and Nick’s pride was delivered through a surrogate. But the journey was a rocky one.
From making sure the news stayed private to the baby’s struggles at birth. Chopra says that life has been awfully tough. And she literally had zero choices but to be her baby girl’s strength.
The star further went on to explain how the child was forced to stay at the NICU which is another name reserved for the intensive care unit of neonates.
She explained how little Malti was in pain and to be kept away from her as the mother was just a feeling that she wishes upon no one.
The 40-year-old Citadel actress reflected more on the stay and how she used to visit her each day but was also not allowed to get too close. And that was another feeling of worry, stress, and pain for her as the mother of the child.
The leading celeb says some days were easier than others but she always knew her baby was in great hands.
Today, she looks back on those days and wonders how grateful and blessed she is to have Malti happy and healthy with her and Nick at home. The duo enjoys bath time, playtime, and meal time and it’s just the most amazing feeling in the world.
Priyanka has never been shy about opening up about her worries regarding pregnancy and getting older. She advises all women to understand that the biological clock does exist and freezing eggs is the best option which she is grateful to have done.
