Taylor Swift’s security guard who was seen deployed for her recently held concert has reportedly been fired from his position.
According to reports from local media outlets, the guard was fired after he asked the star’s fans to take a picture of him while performing his duty, making sure the singer was in the view. Clearly, it was an offense and one that wouldn’t be tolerated for obvious reasons.
The 33-year-old singer who just wrapped up her American tour’s first leg was seen storming out onto the stage for a sold-out show in the area of Minneapolis.
And that’s when news broke out about how the guard was fired for doing something that he shouldn’t have ever been doing.
And that includes taking part in an activity that did not make his company happy. His employers were believed to be as furious as ever after hearing that a guard would have the audacity to drop to this level as it was just uncalled-for behavior. Moreover, Calvin Denker who hails from Minnesota is reported to have gone viral after glimpses of him singing and dancing to Taylor’s tunes took a lot of people by surprise.
In fact, they adored the fact that he was so open to the idea of having a blast but was it professional of him to portray this behavior, well, we don’t think so, and neither did his hiring company.
Calvin is believed to be a hardworking software engineer who recently got appointed as a security guard. But little did he know that his luck would soon turn into gold and he would be Taylor Swift’s security guard. And in case you did not know, he’s a huge fan of the star and felt like this dream job was too good to be true.
But thanks to social media, he’s no longer a part of her team as his contract was terminated by his employers for the incident of wanting a picture with the leading singing sensation.
