It’s been a while since we last heard about iconic singer Celine Dion and her chronic health battle.
Now, it’s been revealed that her diagnosis of Stiff Person’s Person is getting worse. As it is, the rare neurological treatment is yet to have a real cure and it’s known to be painful too. Therefore, the star was forced to step out of the premiere of Love Again despite being a part of the film.
But her co-stars made it a point to send her love and best wishes and made her know that she was missed and that she was in their thoughts and prayers while adding how she’s a very special part of the movie.
Among those that wished the star well included the likes of Priyanka Chopra who called Dion out as a true powerhouse that deserved a lot of praise for her strength and smiles.
The latest update on her health is how the muscle spasms have really taken a toll on her life. It is rare, incurable, debilitating but she’s an absolute warrior, her family has confirmed.
And all of her co-stars were quick to step in and agree on how an absolute icon took part in the film and they couldn’t be happier.
“I wish her so much love and luck in everything she’s doing and pray she gets better and healed like before”- Chopra further commented.
She was all smiles and speaking about what an honor it was to share the same screen with her and be surrounded by her voice.
Sam Heughan praised the musician actor who went on to reveal what an absolute honor it was for him to be in her presence. “Come on, it was like the Celine Dion is right there. She is not only a cultural icon but a music icon. I will be forever grateful”- he continued.
