Traveling can be a daunting affair and when you’ve got babies and toddlers on board a flight, it does spell trouble for obvious reasons.
Sources from local media outlets are speaking in detail about how one woman was left with no choice but to hold a five-month-old child for a shocking 12-hour-long journey.
And as you can expect, she was not happy. The woman also happens to be a social media influencer and she’s not keeping her voice down. Instead, she chose to document details about the endeavor to help raise more awareness of what went on.
The influencer spoke in detail about how excited she was to go back home after a relaxing and peaceful trip to the Maldives. But little did she or anyone else know about what was in store on her next flight.
Billie Faires who hails from the United Kingdom and is known for her recent appearance on the famous British Reality Show called The Only Way is Essex, mentioned more details. She says it was a nightmare journey with her husband and her three children by her side.
According to her, the airline’s cabin crew denied an in-flight bassinet that would allow her to hold the child. But since there was none, she had to hold the baby throughout and it was not a pleasant experience for her.
She says that it was nothing less than a nightmare.
“This is common sense, when you are traveling with a young baby, of course, you’re going to have something to hold her for the flight”- she continued. But to be denied that piece of carry was just mindblowing for her and in the end, she was bombarded with a decision that she was not happy with.
The child and mother and plenty of others nearby were not comfortable with the idea and she says that it’s not fair to be denied the right to hold such things during a flight.
