You may have come across plenty of horror stories linked to hotel guests but this next incident is on a whole new level altogether.
Think along the lines of two guests wiping the entire hotel room clean of all of their luxury amenities. Yes, and that too scrambling out of the door without paying a single penny.
The person at the front desk says she did not see anything too peculiar regarding the couple who would be residing in the room.
“There was nothing too strange about them. They looked like some happy go lucky individuals and we were delighted to have them stay. But little did anyone know what they were capable of”- she continued.
As you can imagine, the news has people mortified at what guests are capable of. And that includes stripping the room of its luxury towels, electric kettle, soap bars, shampoos, and fan. And if that was not enough, they even went after the remote control of the television sets as well, leaving people stunned beyond belief.
Right before leaving, the guests could be seen smiling at the CCTV cameras, without a care in the world related to being caught.
The duo were believed to have arrived without any form of luggage, whatsoever. And that in itself had people raising eyebrows. But another very interesting feature is how they went back to their vehicle to attain empty bags. And these were used to fill up all the luxury goodies from their hotel room that they stole with sheer ease.
Believe it or not, this particular haul of stolen products comprised close to 200 Euros and it’s amazing how they managed to pull off the stunt with so much ease, sources added.
The incident reported took place at the newly opened hotel in West Wales and the couple is believed to have used bookings.com to get the room of their choice. The hotel where the massive robbery took place was outlined to be the latest hotel venture called Dolphin Hotel.
