One woman from Australia is feeling the heat after claiming the US has too many American flags.
The news has left people bewildered while others are just in awe at how a foreigner can call out a nation for being too patriotic.
In case you were not already aware, the US happens to be a very patriotic place. And when you’ve got foreigners arising from various countries around the globe, they just are startled by the types of data that are put in front of them.
Look, no one wishes to see a country be divided by the figure of flags on display. But one woman from Australia says she got a major reality check about Americans by looking at the number of flags that she came across. “How many flags are too many flags!”- she went on to caption her post.
Recording her walk around town, the woman shows a glimpse of what she’s talking about and how it’s hard for her to digest the news of many American flags.
In her country and those present around the globe, you’ll often come across a flag or two but not more than that. But in this case, she’s bombarded by flags in all nooks and corners. “It’s bizarre, it’s like some sort of a public event taking place, except there isn’t”- she continued.
The TikToker who goes by the name of Mia Chloe explained how she never knew what the purpose of such a public display meant. And why people were going to extremes to get their points across about how much they love their country.
She feels that it’s a little tiring to see such scenes, especially when you’re not used to it.
