Naming children is always considered to be a daunting task for many people for obvious reasons.
One woman claims she’s been left in turmoil ever since she named her new puppy. She adores pets but her sister can’t seem to stand her happiness.
After revealing the name of her dog, her sister has been quarreling and bickering about how she wanted to use his name as the name for her unborn child.
Therefore, she is demanding that I change the name and rename him something else because she feels she’s more entitled to it since she is having a baby.
The woman is now asking on Reddit if her sister has the right to own a name that has already been used for her puppy or not. And while some feel it’s a close call, others were mortified at the demands coming forward.
It was just uncalled for and not something that anyone had seen coming from a distance. On the other hand, some were just in awe at what was happening there. They felt there were a million names in the world but why fight over just one?
Most people had the opinion that this subject should have been discussed in detail on a more personal level. It required a lot more understanding and care than what was being projected here.
But some people were not as forgiving. They slammed her sister for being selfish and making rights of entitlement.
Whatever the case may be, this woman does not seem to be getting away from her stance of changing her dog’s name. She feels that she had her hands on it first, hence she deserves all the right over it.
This is now leading to a new form of sibling rivalry that not a lot of people tend to come across. What do you think?
