From referring to them as the laziest generation yet to claiming they never show up too, bosses are so tired that it’s not even fun anymore. But that’s not all. They mentioned how they’ve got no sense of responsibility and wisdom about how to dress up and behave at the workplace.

This includes a lack of dressing sense and also zero ideas about how to speak to someone that has hired you in the first place.

The bosses revealed some interesting experiences that they’ve encountered and now, they’re sharing them with others online so they can learn and perhaps not repeat those same mistakes all over again.

“People are now turning up to interviews in hoodies and a tracksuit. What happened to the concept of first impressions are the last impressions?”- mentioned one other person.

In the same way, bosses shed light on how it’s not alright to simply enter into a job with zero motivation and demand a payscale that is way above that in the industry.

They mentioned how it’s important to have a little knowledge before the interview because that could really go a long way in getting you a great job.

Employers also noticed how many Gen Z members get offended so easily and don’t have the tolerance to accept criticism with open arms.

“This is why they end up getting fired so early on. And trust me when I say this, most Gen Z employees just don’t have what it takes and it’s annoying to deal with the same thing over and over again”- the employers continued.
