Being late for work is the worst feeling in the world but one man is shedding light on how it’s not even his fault.
Think along the lines of your colleague getting you late on purpose by pressing all of the elevator buttons. Therefore, this young man opted to get the perfect form of revenge against him.
One man explained how much his boss gets upset over seeing him late. And it’s becoming a habit now for him, causing a direct threat to his salary because late deductions are made.
But he says that despite rushing to work and heading out of the door on time, it’s just heartbreaking for him to see that due to his colleague’s evil attentions, he’s forced to suffer.
Sharing his story on the Reddit platform, the man mentioned how devastating things can be for him sometimes. And he’s furious because his job is now at stake and while it might be fun and games for others, he’s got a livelihood to earn and a family to feed.
“All he does is press all the elevator buttons at once. That means the elevator stops on each floor and I’m so gutted at this behavior”- he adds.
What’s interesting is how the colleague works in a differnet department in the same firm. Hence, if this person is a member of production, the other is in marketing.
And as you can imagine, in-house positions are stricter than all others. So that’s why he needs to be there on time.
So there was no way that he was going to let this go without taking the ultimate source of revenge. Think along the lines of letting his colleague go first, pressing all of the elevator buttons, and then quickly exiting with him inside alone. How’s that for a great lesson to learn?
