The Deer Hunter film happened to be one where Robert De Niro was nominated as best actor while Walken was nominated as best supporting actor. And that film really did wonders at establishing their names as some of the best in the Hollywood industry.
But Walken has been keeping a distance from the public for quite some time now. Therefore, it was seen as a wonderful gesture for him to arrive for the grand celebration.
The iconic actor debuted a dapper figure as he stood alongside his 79-year-old wife Georgianne.
The long list of celebs who were in attendance for the event included the likes of Uma Thurman, Alec Baldwin, Paul McCartney, and more. Moreover, the star’s wife and other loved ones were also there, right by his side.
