Famed radio host Megyn Kelly is blasting the three dancers who filed a lawsuit against rapper Lizzo and accused her of fat shaming them and creating a hostile working environment.
Sources from local media outlets mentioned how Kelly slammed the accusations and called it ‘weak sauce’ because she felt they had little to no ground substance.
The famous singer is currently being sued by her former team of backup dancers who accused her of forcing them to lose weight and fat-shamed them during performances. This includes forcing them to adopt unhealthy diets.
On the other hand, they accused the star of s*xual harassment and creating the most hostile work environment where they felt they couldn’t even go one day longer in terms of survival.
The incident arose when the dancers were reportedly fired from her squad and that’s when they united together and opted to take revenge against the star for the act. But Megyn Kelly says that the story is awfully fishy and one that smells of something being extremely fake and untrue.
She feels there is hardly any evidence of the act. Meanwhile, Lizzo has dismissed the allegations as baseless and has gone as far as to explain how the dancers had been warned against their own unprofessional conduct. Hence, there was no room for people that were unfit for the job.
Lizzo’s former manager says he’s getting plenty of calls of more witnesses who are ready to go to court and speak against the singer for alleged abuse and hostility, adding how it’s shameful for someone her size to fat shame others when she was in no position of doing that herself.
But Megyn Kelly says Lizzo might be morbidly obese but that does not mean these actions are alright. They’re just proof of how easy of a target the rapper has become for obvious reasons. And when it comes down to fat shaming, she sees nothing wrong with it.
