Traveling with toddlers is never easy and this next story involving a couple and a child is leaving the internet divided.
A lot of people claim to pay extra and ensure they get the seats they want, ahead of time. This is to avoid any last-minute confusion and ensure there is no drama while boarding a plane.
But what do you do when a toddler ends up stealing your plane seat, especially the one that you ended up paying extra for?
It’s actually really never easy to make that decision where you’re forced to speak up and fight for your right but one man says he did what he needed to do because there was no way he was willing to make a huge compromise.
The man explained how one entitled mother felt that it was perfectly alright for her to steal his seat, just because she wanted to be near her daughter.
The move enraged him but what really got on his nerves is how she was not willing to accept her mistake and move and instead felt that since her daughter was young, she had every right to be seated there as the parent.
The traveler who chose to remain anonymous on Reddit says he had paid a lot of extra bucks because he wanted a seat next to his girlfriend. It was a four-hour flight and there was no reason why he shouldn’t be seated next to her in his designated seat.
So when the mother refused to move, he had no choice but to create a moment of chaos and call flight attendants to solve the scenario.
The plane was flying at full capacity so that meant everyone had to be seated at their designated seats with no room for any shuffling.
And while some did feel the man could have compensated for the child, others agreed that no one should feel so entitled to just randomly taken anyone’s seat without asking.
