Ben Affleck has sparked a lengthy debate after he was seen ‘slamming’ a car door behind his wife, Jennifer Lopez during a ‘tense interaction’.
The Batman star has been busy by his wife’s side as she promotes her new movie ‘The Mother.’ However, fans start speculating that things are not going well between the couple, whose car video has gone viral on social media.
In the video obtained by Page Six, he can be seen opening the car door for his other half only to slam it after she got in.
One person took to Twitter and write: “Oh s***! That’s Ben Affleck visibly irritated slamming that door on Jennifer Lopez.”
Another tweeted: “He purposefully looks away from her while she’s getting in the car. They definitely fighting lol.”
A third said: “You can have it all and still be miserable.”
Someone else added: “Chivalry isn’t dead but can he look any more unhappy about it?”
But others had a different opinion, with one person explaining: “It could have all been a ruse for the cameras. If it isn’t, one bad day doesn’t mean they have a bad life.”
This comes after the celebrity couple was photographed having a heated exchange on the red carpet at The Mother premiere in Los Angeles.
According to the Daily Mail, a lip reader claimed that Affleck and JLo were fighting about red carpet poses. At one point, the singer asked her husband if her low-cut top was revealing too much.
The actor then leaned into her ear and allegedly said: “Don’t worry babe,” before they kissed.
