A woman who hasn’t shaved for years says her body hair helps her earn five figures a month, adding her boyfriend loves it too.
Calita from Spain took to TikTok and opened up about her decision to keep her body hair, sharing videos that show off her hairy armpits.
Describing it as ‘liberating,’ the social media influencer revealed that her hairy life brings multiple benefits.
In a video, which shows Calita looking chic in her black and orange bikini, she said that she earns a large sum of money thanks to her hair.
“Body hair is an asset, earning 5 figures a month,” she wrote over the video, captioning her post: “Thank you, body hair.”
In another post, she shared a video of her wearing a grey singlet and wrote: “My bf loves it. Don’t know why you all so worried about what he thinks.”
Many fans praised Calita for being confident about her body hair, with one person writing: “Love beautiful natural beauty hair.”
Another said: “That’s awesome.”
A third added: “Beautiful.”
This comes after US actress Rachel McAdams faced backlash for showing off her hairy underarms during a photoshoot for Bustle magazine.
McAdams’ photoshoot sparked a lengthy debate online about body hair, with many saying she was ‘gross,’ ‘tasteless,’ and ‘nasty’ for letting her hair grow. But others praised The Notebook star for her confidence.
“If you’re genuinely p***** off about Rachel McAdams showing her armpit hair in her most recent shoot, you should crawl back under the cold rock from which you came from,” one person said.
“I wish more celebs would be this comfortable in their bodies,” another tweeted.
“Oh no… Someone has hair, where hair f**king grows – the horror,” a third added.
