Katy Perry’s struggle to find her seat at the coronation of King Charles III has gone viral, leaving viewers in hysterics.
The singer was amongst the many guests in attendance during the royal ceremony but the Roar hitmaker faced some obstacles when looking for her assigned seat.
A viral video shows the 38-year-old going up and down the packed aisles of Westminster Abbey, trying to find her designated area.
Wearing a lavender two-piece dress, gloves, large gold earrings, a pearl necklace, and a floral brooch, Perry stopped at a row occupied by other guests before pointing to a seat she believed was hers.
The video has quickly gone viral and left social media users in frenzy.
One fan wrote on Twitter: “Meanwhile, Katy Perry is still wandering around trying to find her seat.”
Another wrote: “Is Katy Perry still looking for her seat?”
A third said: “The way she’s trying to look for her seat with that hat, it’s adorable and funny at the same time.”
Someone else compared her hat to a hilarious video from The Ellen Show, writing: “Basically Katy Perry and her huge hat at the #Coronation searching for her seat.”
Her search for her seat dd not end in vain as the singer managed to find it and got ready for the ceremony to start.
Responding on social media, the American Idol judge wrote: “Don’t worry guys I found my seat.”
Perry is one of the two Americans set to perform at the star-studded Coronation Concert event.
Other artists include the likes of Lionel Richie, Alexis Ffrench, Freya Ridings, opera stars Andrea Bocelli and Bryn Terfel, and the pop group Take That.
