The name of Rihanna and A$AP’s baby son has finally been revealed after keeping it secret for almost a year.
Daily Mail reportedly obtained a copy of the child’s birth certificate and revealed that the couple named him RZA Athelston Mayers.
Their son was named in honor of rapper and producer RZA, the leader of the Wu-Tang Clan.
The Umbrella hitmaker seemed to gave a clue after giving birth on May 13 last year as she sported repping Wu-Tang numerous times.
The birth certificate shows that RZA was given his father’s middle name of Athelston. It also indicates that he was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Rihanna’s first hints about the name of their son was on April 5, when she was seen wearing a black Wu-Tang Clan top while carrying her so.
Almost three months after welcoming her first child, she was spotted stepping out in New York City sporting a white RZA T-shirt.
Rihanna recently revealed that she and A$AP Rocky were expecting their second child during her amazing Super Bowl halftime performance earlier this year.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the singer revealed that her second pregnancy was ‘so different’ from the first one.
“No cravings. Tons of nausea. Everything’s different, but I’m enjoying it,” adding that she was ‘in love’ with her baby.
“I’m obsessed and I don’t even feel guilty about it,” she added.
Rihanna hasn’t revealed the gender of their baby number two but many fans think that she was expecting a girl after she was spotted looking at pink baby clothes.
